So, Who Am I?
Hello :-)
I’m Claire, a naturopath, health writer and educator.
Over the past 5 years I’ve taught naturopaths and nutritionists around Australia in both live seminar and webinar formats with some of Australia’s leading supplement companies.
I’ve been an interviewed guest on numerous industry podcasts and currently co-host Bio-Practica’s Professional Podcast Series, aimed at natural health care practitioners.
I’ve undertaken professional public speaking training and mentoring.
And yep, it’s always a bit nervy getting up in front of a group of people to present information, and educate them on new concepts, but it certainly gets easier over time.
And most of all, I do it because I LOVE it.
It’s a flow state for me. I get into the rhythm of the words, time flies, and the words and concepts come with ease (most of the time 😅).
I’m also currently a freelance health writer, and have previously created e-courses and webinars, written countless blogs, articles and patient resources, and managed and edited writing projects within clinics and businesses I’ve worked with.
Taking information and communicating is my PASSION. And I’m qualified and experienced in doing it.
