Intuitive/ Psychic Sessions

Intuitive insight has been with me for most of my life.

  • I am a Reflector in Human Design, and deeply feel the energy present in people and environments I am with or in. 

  • Also within Human Design, the overarching theme and purpose of my life (Incarnation Cross) is to use my intuition to perceive the truth of situations with clarity and immediacy (Right Angle Cross of Penetration 3). 

  • My principle Gene Key (57) in my life’s work also relates to intuition as one of my key gifts to hone and use.

I first started consciously employing my intuitive gifts in my naturopathic sessions in 2018.

Here I completed a somatic release and embodiment certification, which is work that asks you to be deeply attuned to the emotion and subtle energies within a client’s body in order to help them feel and release what is needed.

Since this time my intuition has been a key part of all my client, herbal and medicine making work.

In 2025 I felt a very clear pull to focus more specifically on these intuitive and psychic skills, and have undertaken dedicated psychic mentorship and psychic skill development courses, and am now offering these skills as a standalone offering for the first time. 

Really it feels like it’s been a lifetime coming. 

Additionally, a key skill you learn and strengthen as a naturopath is to look beyond a symptom for the cause underneath. Developing and honing this skill over the last 15 years as I’ve worked in this industry marries so well with intuitive and psychic sessions, as I am able to look at your current circumstances and questions, share the insights that arise, and also read a situation deeply to see what is an underlying cause, trigger, pattern or answer. 

To this offering I also bring my extensive experience holding space for clients, baring witness to your stories, emotional expression, triumphs, struggle and aha moments.

Stepping into this work, my most earnest wish was to offer insight that is useful, potent, transformation and actionable.

Whilst somewhat of a ‘woo-woo’ profession, my work is grounded and underpinned by my previous training and experience as a practitioner and space holder, and my own lived experience of struggle. I’m not here for airy-fairy, ungrounded or vague. I’m not here to tell you that you were an alien or crystal or butterfly in a past life, or to speak in New Age terms about codes and light language and activations. Whilst this is absolutely some peoples magic to offer, it’s not mine and not what draws me to this work.

Intuition is a recorded and known sense, and science and humanity will continue to catch up with this. I’m here to connect with your energy and offer useful insight in all the ways I can.

The energy of this wider time feels like nothing else I’ve ever experienced or tuned into before, and there is a reason that 2026 is the first year I offer my intuitive and psychic services as a standalone offering. For so many of us, it is becoming more and more impossible to ignore our deeper callings, and we are needing to transmute our shadow parts, come close to our centre and Higher Self, be in touch with our intuition and know our role and place in these times more than ever. 

The consciousness of humanity is changing, and we as a human race will be walking into new ways of being and interacting with each other and the Earth. To bring forth these new ways of being we are also entering a time of heightened chaos, instability and uncertainty - now more than ever we need to be in touch with our path, hold the vision of where we’re going, and tend to our inner worlds. For as we do, the outer world will also begin to reflect more peace, equality and one-ness.
