Acknowledgement of Country:

This work I and we do is of the Earth and Spirit. Here I first pay my respects and acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land in which I live, the Jagera/Yuggera and Turrbal people (Meanjin/ Brisbane). I feel and honour the supreme wisdom, interconnectedness and relationship with the land they hold. From the mountains to sea, the land rejoices that you tend and listen to Her, and I express my gratitude for the ancestors, elders and emerging leaders that continue to foster this relationship. I am in awe of the knowledge and wisdom you carry from listening and communing.

My offerings and work are intrinsically linked with the Earth and her people:

Her People

As a part of being wonderfully human, we each hold unexpressed wounds, traumas and conditionings within our energy and body, which settle over us like a net, stitching themselves into our being, and convincing us of their truth.

This stitching separates us from who we truly are, and instead begins to tell us that we aren’t able to access enoughness, worthiness, love, rest, flow, ease and health.

Certain wounds or conditionings have an energetic resonance with certain areas of our lives or health, and can create blocks or dysfunction there.

By focusing on this area of your life or health that you long for freedom and ease in, we can begin to explore what needs to be released, emotionally or physically, so you can lift that net, undo those stitches, and step closer to knowing who you truly are.

I provide intuitive insight into where your blocks are physically or energetically, help you bring presence to them, and then receive the guidance as to what we must do to release them to elevate your energy.

In a sentence, my intuitive offerings exist to release what is stuck, so you can come back home to yourself. Beyond the wounds and stories, there is you. And who you truly are is powerful, magnificent, energetic and healthy.

Witnessed with each client I work with, and in my own story, when you start to come home, piece by piece, your power returns, the innate flow of your energy is shown to you, your place in worthiness and on this planet is claimed, your health improves, you access joy and radiance more easily, and you are resourced, with boundless energy, to claim and love the person you’re meant to be - it’s magic to behold.

If you wish to work with dysfunction within your body to explore what is contributing to it and release it...

The Earth

Trained originally as a naturopath and in western herbal medicines, the herbs I was taught to prescribe and work with come from the other side of the globe.

Wondrous herbs like chamomile, echinacea, ginseng and peppermint, that I still have deep reverence and love for, but started to feel a disconnect with.

Beginning to communicate with plant spirits in the last several years, I would receive guidance, insight, and healing transformations from specific plants around me I was called to work with.

Living in Australia, in subtropical Brisbane, I would look around me at the plants and trees I share my home with, and see none that had been incorporated into herbal medicine practices.

Whilst I still currently use western herbal medicines, and many do grow in Australia, my relationship with them has changed and continues to. I now use them often energetically instead of physically, and if prescribing them, do so at much smaller doses (still achieving the same outcomes).

To work with the medicine of the Earth, but in doing so contributing to big issues with sustainability of harvesting large plant crops, destruction of precious ecosystems to cope with our global demand, and then flying them to the other side of the world - how can these co-exist in a healthy way?

How can we partake in plant medicine whilst caring deeply for Earth and the alarming issues facing Her?

I now work to connect people to plants energetically, to combat above issues with sustainability, with a focus on plants they may share their life and ecosystem with.

To expand beyond medicinal effects coming just from consumption (which is still powerful), but that immense healing and transformation can come from entering into a relationship with a plant, working physically with its leaves or branches, making essences from its flowers, or asking their spirit for insight and healing.

Our inability so far to incorporate native Australia species into our herbal medicine toolkits speaks to many issues, some of which include the lack of respectful and honourable relationships with Australia’s First Nations people, as well as capitalisms severance and commodification of the land.

Entering into a relationship with plant beings around is one of the most enriching, grounding and healing acts you can explore. This is how herbal medicine began - people learning what plants are around them, and what ailments or imbalances they best suit. They uplift you, calm and centre you, give you gifts, connect you into the Earth, heal you, and allow you to find your place on the land around you.

If you wish to work with the medicines of the Earth, receive healing and insight, and deepen your connection to the land...
